The doctor
of Ginger's infant son had some bad news: "There is
nothing else we can do. You need to let him go.
Take him off the respirator and say goodbye. He
will never have any quality of life. He will most
likely have cerebral palsy - or worse - even if he
lives. This will be easier on you both, in the
long run."
Ginger and
her husband Joel had just one question, "Does his
brain show activity?" "Yes," the doctor answered,
"his brain activity is very high." That's all they
needed to know. "Then we're not doing anything," they
said. "We're not going to cut God's hand short."
The next ten years were difficult, but now Jarrott and
his twin brother are thriving tweens. Ginger
retells this amazing story in both word and song and
encourages others in their own trials.

"Ginger
will capture your heart and hold you spellbound as you
travel along with her on her journey of faith. Ginger's

struggles she and her husband faced, as well as the

Ginger has blessed me. She has helped me to turn my life
around. I always knew I could trust God, but I never
thought about when trials come up, how I need to rely
FULLY on God. Ginger spoke of so many verses in the
Bible that really encouraged me to follow in my walk
with Him. Especially the verse "Be still and know that I
am God." That is a verse I will cherish the rest of my
life.
